Screensavers and Free Cursors
May 22nd
I’ve been busy the past few weeks spending bits of spare time collecting a large list of free cursor directories and resources. As I am compiling the information into a nice recommendation list I realized that I had never customized my own mouse cursor before.
I am going to give it a try and let everyone know how it goes. Please drop me a comment with your favorite free cursors and where I can find them!

Now is the perfect time to put together a screensaver collection of your favorite pictures from winter. If you’re like me, you took plenty of photos of your family and pets during the holidays and outside playing in the white stuff.
By organizing these images into screensavers now you’ll have a really cool customize your desktop when fall rolls around.
Not sure how to make your own screensaver? Check out this awesome guid put together by Saikat Basu “5 Ways to Make Your Own Screensavers (Windows)“. You’ll be making screensavers without having to install any software or learn any complex microsoft mumbo jumbo. Good luck!

Over the next few weeks i’m going to be testing out a number of free screensavers available for download across the internet. In addition to virus testing them with AVG and inspecting them for malware with Anti MalwareBytes, i’m going to rank them on a 5 star system and publish the results on the blog.
If you have any screensavers you’d like for me to review please use the contact form to submit the urls to my email.
Follow along with me here on my blog as I post the reviews and detail my findings. I hope to begin publishing these results in mid May. Happy hunting everyone!

Well it’s finally feeling like spring time outside. Today I had the windows open in my apartment all afternoon and it was quite refreshing. I noticed just a bit ago I still have some winter theme screensavers running here in the office and it’s time to search out some new ones to feature here on the site.
Please let me know if you have any screensavers you’d like for me to add to our list. I really appreciate all reviews or recommendations!

The Watery 3D Screensaver is awesome. Check out this video demonstration of “Watery” in action.
I found the Watery download on Cnet.. It looks like the free version includes a lot of cool features and it doesn’t force you to pay to use the basic functions.
